Sound Baths

Let sound light you up

What is a sound bath?

Sound you hear, and feel

Sound is vibration. In a sound bath you don’t just hear it, you feel it moving through your whole body. You lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive.

Every instrument has its own frequency and vibration. The bright tones of crystal bowls ring and linger. The deep waves of a gong or a drum you feel in your chest and hands. Together they help your body and mind slow down, often more deeply than you can on your own.

Most people leave calmer, lighter, and lit up.

First time?

Do I need any experience?

No. There’s nothing to do and nothing to get right. You just rest.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothes. For private events, let me know if guests don’t have mats or blankets and I’ll bring extra floor coverings.

What if I fall asleep?

That’s perfectly fine. Many people do, and they still leave feeling rested.

Do I have to talk or share?

Never. Sharing at the end is always optional. Listening is welcome.

Anything I should tell you before?

Please let me know about any health concerns, such as pregnancy or sensitivity to sound, so I can adjust where you lie and how close the instruments are.
